World Teen Mental Wellness Day aims to normalize conversations and dismantle stigmas around teen mental health issues. Part of that conversation should include the dangers of vaping.  Research shows several connections between nicotine and mental health:

Nicotine can worsen anxiety symptoms and amplify feelings of depression.
